We are so confident you will be satisfied with the Smell Away® SA1 that we provide a 30 day hassle-free money back guarantee!

If you change your mind for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Simply send it back to us in its original box with your order number enclosed to the address below.

You pay the return postage under 30-day guarantee, please use a tracked or signature required service otherwise we cannot process your refund if the unit does not arrive back with us.

Please note, important, the Smell Away® SA1 must be returned in an acceptable condition. You must pack the unit inside the box so it doesn't rattle around and get banged about during transit as this causes the carbon to leak out, we then have to refurbish the unit. In these rare instances of blatant poor cushioning there is a £30 charge which will be deducted from the refund if we have to refurbish the unit.

This 30-day 'Hassle-Free' money back guarantee is in addition to your Statutory Rights.

Returns
To start a return outside of the 30-day 'Hassle-Free' money back guarantee period, you can contact us at contact@smellaway.com. If your return is acknowledged to be accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted unless under the 30-day 'Hassle-Free' money back guarantee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
