You must pack the unit inside the box so it doesn't rattle around and get banged about during transit as this causes the carbon to leak out, we then have to refurbish the unit. In these rare instances of blatant poor cushioning there is a £30 charge which will be deducted from the refund if we have to refurbish the unit.
